The Villas
The latest in bathroom and kitchen amenities have been sourced
from a reputable team of suppliers. Owners are able to choose their
own interior colours and floor-coverings if villa is purchased at
pre-construction period.
 

There are 3 different plans to choose from, ranging from a floor
plan size of 98m2 to 108m2. Every Villa has 2 double bedrooms, a
bathroom including toilet, lounge, dining and kitchen in open-plan
design. The kitchens have the reliable Fisher & Paykel range
of appliances including oven, hobb, dish drawer, complete with rangehood,
built in pantry, and up to date joinery features.

The bedrooms, hall, lounge & dining are fully carpeted in a
quality wool carpet. Curtains and drapes to be provided by the owner.
Within each Villa extensive wardrobe and storage space has been
allowed. A heat pump is installed for controlled heating and cooling.
The Villas are all pre-wired for telephone and television, along
with quality light fittings and multiple power points.
All Villas have solar panel heating to reduce power costs and compliment
the environmental aspects of the neighbouring Travis Wetland. All
plan designs have an internal access garage. Sufficient parking
space is available throughout the village to accommodate visitors.
Many residents prefer to add their own touch to the gardens surrounding
their Villa, introducing their favourite plants and features.
The resident caretaker will maintain the lawns and garden beds
outside the Villa, however you are free to garden at your will.
Landscape plans incorporate a variety of attractive native plant
and tree species, which will integrate with the surrounding parks
and natural bushland. This ensures a high standard of presentation
throughout the village, thereby protecting every resident’s
investment and lifestyle.
